With 30 years of experience behind him, Bruce
Campbell created Sea Critters Depot eleven years ago. It's been a real labor of love. The store began out of necessity. Bruce had a thriving aquarium maintenance company, World Marine, but no where to get quality fish for his accounts. That's when the seed was planted. If Bruce had his own store, he would be able to provide his clients with the healthiest and highest quality fish. Sea Critters Depot was born out of a one room office in the front of a storage unit. He decided that his shop would not be like the others he had come across. Because Bruce had also been a hobbyist for so long, he understood the frustrations customers had with most fish shops. Due to his first hand experience, he decided to handle things differently. All Sea Critters Depot fish are quarantined for two weeks prior to sale. During this time, the fish are proactively medicated to ensure they are clean of parasites and other things that can harm or even kill fish.
Bruce also takes his time to make sure each fish is eating and getting the proper nutrition it needs to survive. Because of these high standards, Sea Critters Depot has expanded from a one room shop into a store with well over 3,500 gallons of saltwater. Bruce has also extended his knowledge to encompass coral, clams, live rock, invertebrates, and other marine life. Sea Critter Depot has developed into the areas largest selection of fish and coral, regularly stocking over 200 marine fish and 300 corals. With thirty years of experience under his belt, Bruce can offer helpful advice for beginner or advanced marine hobbyists. Additionally, the aquarium maintenance company, World Marine, offers services to setup and maintain you saltwater aquarium. Whether you're just getting into the aquarium hobby or an avid saltwater enthusiast, the family run business can help you on your way.
